TERMS OF USAGE

INTRODUCTION
CashDragon (“CashDragon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital services that enable users to earn rewards by completing various activities within the CashDragon mobile application (the “App”). Together, the App and related offerings are referred to as the “Services”.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR DATA
By using CashDragon, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of the following categories of personal information:
  • Installed applications on your device (including usage duration and history)
  • In-app interaction and activity logs (clicks, engagement, session data)
  • Registration information (IP address, device identifiers, PayPal email)
  • Location data (approximate and precise, where applicable)
  • Camera access (used for selfie-based identity verification)
  • Notification permissions (to deliver reward and bonus updates)
  • Survey responses (including name, address, and date of birth)
  • Personalized advertising data (cookies, advertising identifiers)
  • Attribution and technical data (User Agent, Advertising ID, Device ID)
This information allows CashDragon to:
  • Reward users for app usage and playtime with partner integrations
  • Provide earnings for completed surveys and offers
  • Deliver video-based bonus rewards
  • Perform analytics, attribution, and performance tracking
  • Verify user identity securely for payouts
  • Enable referral and invitation features via QR codes
  • Process PayPal payouts with fraud prevention measures
  • Optimize marketing activities and improve campaigns
Device identifiers (such as GAID or IDFA) are encrypted prior to transmission. In limited cases, identifiers may be shared with trusted partners strictly for operational, billing, or attribution purposes. Users may also voluntarily upload screenshots for verification; such files are securely handled and stored.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CashDragon and apply worldwide. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to:
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept that CashDragon is not liable for how you use the Services
  • Waive the right to bring individual or class-action claims against CashDragon
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in account suspension, termination, or other appropriate legal actions.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. CashDragon does not act as an employer and does not provide employment or guaranteed income. You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any resulting earnings or obligations.

USER CONDUCT
When using the Services, you agree not to:
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the App, Website, or Services beyond personal use
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or resell access to the Services
  • Create derivative works based on any part of the platform
  • Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Use unauthorized scripts, bots, emulators, or automated tools
  • Mirror, frame, or scrape any portion of the Services
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited behavior
Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access.

UPDATES TO TERMS
CashDragon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Changes may include additions, updates, or removals. The most current version will always be made available through the App or our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, trademarks, and trade secrets associated with the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of CashDragon. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or infringement may result in legal action.
We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback to [email protected], you grant CashDragon a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback without restriction or compensation.

WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Representations and Warranties
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • All information you provide is accurate and lawful
  • Your use of the Services does not infringe third-party rights
Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CashDragon makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Services or any third-party content.
Reward payouts may be requested to your PayPal account once eligibility criteria are met. CashDragon reserves the right to adjust payout thresholds, delay, deny, or reverse payouts in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashDragon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashDragon, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services.
Any earnings you receive may be subject to taxation depending on your jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws.

RULES
  • To earn rewards, users must follow each survey’s or offer’s instructions and eligibility requirements
  • There is no fixed maximum payout limit
  • The CashDragon loyalty and reward program complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policy effective March 1, 2021
PRIVACY POLICY
These Terms incorporate the CashDragon Privacy Policy, which is available at:

Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of any updates to that policy.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
